PHILTAI Industrial Park Engages PTIC–Osaka in Strategic
Investment Dialogue

On May 29, 2025, PHILTAI Industrial Park representatives visited the Philippine Trade and Investment Center (PTIC) in Osaka, Japan, to promote its 62-hectare PEZA-registered development in Magalang, Pampanga and explore partnerships with Japanese investors.
Led by our Vice President Mr. Wenwei Wu, the PHILTAI team presented development progress and expansion plans of up to 115 hectares. Updates included roadworks, an administration building building, and infrastructures such as a sewage treatment plant and water supply system.
PTIC-Osaka, led by Commercial Representative Mr. Michael Ignacio, offered key strategies to attract Japanese companies offer key strategic insight to attract Japanese locators.
This visit reinforces PHILTAI’s goal of becoming a sustainable and globally competitive industrial hub in Central Luzon. <Back
